Thank God our Senate Majority leader Harry Reid is not in line to become President. He is truly crazy.
Watch this video where Harry Reid forcefully argues that income taxes are voluntary. It is absolutely unbelievable.

Perhaps Harry Reid is thinking about the example of Timothy Geithner when he refers to voluntary taxation. Paying your taxes is voluntary until you get caught not paying them in the course of being vetted for a positionin the Obama administration. At this point you “voluntarily” pay the taxes and get confirmed by the Senate.
